Mr. Hermann is a Managing Director who is primarily responsible for the institutional business development efforts for the eastern half of the US. He has over 15 years of experience working with various institutional plan sponsors including corporate and public defined benefit and defined contribution plans, health care companies, endowments and foundations and Taft-Hartley plans.
Prior to joining Verus, Mr. Hermann worked at Wilshire Associates for over 15 years, where he led the institutional business development and marketing efforts for the consulting division. Before joining Wilshire Associates, Mr. Hermann worked in strategic marketing for the H.J. Heinz Company and Kimberly-Clark.
He earned a BS from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.
