Senior Performance Analyst

Verus is in search of an analytical, self-motivated individual hungry for a chance to grow their knowledge about the investment consultant industry. The position is with our Research team in Verus’ headquarters in downtown Seattle. Candidates should be process-minded, detail-oriented, action-oriented, and most comfortable in a dynamic team environment.

The Senior Performance Analyst works within the current analytics team and will be primarily responsible for performance calculation and report production for complex client portfolios. Senior Performance Analysts also trains new analysts, maintain and create large data sets, lead special projects, support other groups in the firm, and act as a user-expert for the various software used within the group.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably with an emphasis finance, economics, or accounting
  • 5 years commensurate work experience with performance reporting and calculation, preferably with an institutional consulting firm
  • Experience with MSCI InvestorForce performance calculation software a plus
  • Experience with programming languages (Microsoft VBA, SQL) a plus
